I am still at the beginner level with coming to understand all these various materials that are available for use,

I expect to slowly spend more time evaluating materials with respect to my growing self-understanding and growing faith.

3b​- Capable of supporting theological and biblical reflection in a variety of contexts, and with a variety of people involved

I am unfamiliar with this concept right now.

As I learn about cross-cultural engagemnt, I learn about these cross-cultural experiences that would be meaninful to try. That will remain a goal of mine.

3d​- Capable of supporting intergenerational learning

Explain:

My congregation has been steadily growing its intergenerational ministries, but I have not experienced these activities first-hand. This will be something to explore over the course of the spring.

My congregation has begun engaging in a regularly scheduled worship experience with residents in a local nursing home, and I expect I will learn a great deal by participating in the experience.

3e​- Capable of engaging at least one pressing contemporary learning challenge from within a faith community framework (denominational pluralism, interfaith dialogue, media culture, environmental pressures, socio-political unrest, peace and justice issues, race and class issues, gender, disability, etc.)

I think my example learning unit regarding worship style is a very current and pressing topic to engage.

I continue to learn helpful skills for managing helpers in an efficient, yet empathetic and supportive, way.

Continue to work on group projects with other people whose ideas may not agree with mine, or who may not have the same sense of style. But regardless, learn how to work together in a supportive manner.
